i had figured that i would make my costume for halloween this year. probably not the greatet of ideas as i discovered that i am horrible at sewing.

what originally was going to be full gloved claws, turned into fur straps around my wrists with poorly done sculpy clay bear claws stringed on like beads.

the hat came out ok though. quickly made ears, bought a black hat and tied the ears down to the hat. the one problem was that they were too close together, they kinda looked like really short, round bunny ears.

the rest of my costume, was my beard, which just made me look like a creapy dude. and my coat, which for two reasons i didnt wear. one being it was too hot, and two, it was brown and i was a black bear.

lucky for me, it came out to a total of 5 dollars.

so next time my creative mind thinks, "hey lets make a costume" i think i should avoid sewing as much as possible. and starting earlier would help too.

i had two ideas for next year.

one would be build a green diomond shaped balloon device that will follow me around, floating above my head.(sims)\

the other, the first and more complicated idea, was be a necrolyte from the warcraft games. the costume itself would be easy as the black cloak i already have, but the complicated part is that i wanted to design a necropolis balloon that would follow me around. which is why i came up with the easier to do sims idea.
